This blog is where we answer those questions properly, in writing, without the sales gloss.

Why bother writing it down?
Because most of what's published on these topics is either a press release or an ad. We're a small Melbourne outfit — a data engineer and an energy specialist — and the advice we give clients face-to-face works just as well in a blog post. If a post saves you a phone call, good. If it convinces you to make one, even better.
It also keeps us honest. Writing "here's what this rebate actually pays" in public, with the working shown, is a harder standard than saying it across a kitchen table. If we get something wrong, it's on the record and someone will tell us — which is exactly the right incentive for a business that quotes government-backed discounts for a living.
